Every item you give is used directly by people accessing our services across Worcestershire.
Through our Day Centres, Clothing Project, and community hubs, your donations help people:
- stay warm and dry
- access clean, appropriate clothing
- eat and meet basic everyday needs
- feel respected and not judged
It’s not just about the item — it’s about dignity, choice, and being treated like a person.
What do we need most, right now? We focus on items that are practical, appropriate and ready to use.
Clothing
Warm coats, hoodies, trousers, shoes
Underwear and socks (new only)
Food & essentials
Tinned food, long-life items, snacks
Toiletries such as toothpaste, deodorant and wipes
For our Day Centres
We also welcome donations of:
- baked goods
- individually wrapped snacks
- items that can be shared safely
These help us create a welcoming, community feel within our centres.

A quick note before you donate
We want every donation to be something someone can use straight away.
Please only donate items that are:
- clean
- in good condition
- appropriate for everyday use
We’re not always able to accept:
- damaged or heavily worn clothing
- items we don’t have storage for
If you’re unsure, it’s always okay to check with us first.
