Outreach in North Worcestershire
Our outreach team works across Redditch and Bromsgrove to support individuals within the community.
This includes:
- Engaging individuals who may not access services
- Providing practical and housing support
- Connecting people with health and specialist services
- Offering ongoing, person-centred support
This ensures support reaches people wherever they are — not just within the Hub.
Supported by our community
The Redditch Hub is funded through grants, trusts, and the generosity of public donations.
