CLOTHING PROJECT
A HELPING HAND WHEN YOU NEED IT
Since opening in 2003, our Clothing Project aids our service users at whatever part of their journey. Whether this be a first-time use for a rough sleeper looking for bedding and clothing to survive the night or someone who has gained housing, we support our service users through every segment of their re-entry to society.
WAYS TO HELP
CREATING CHOICES
Our passionate volunteers, alongside our staff team, have worked hard to create our Clothing Project into a shopping environment. With this strategy, we let our service users browse and choose items that they like and are their favourite colour or brand instead of being given items that don’t fit or aren’t their usual style. When someone already has so little choice in life, these are the things that make a difference.

WAYS WE HELP
REFERRED SERVICES
People who use our Clothing Project must be referred via either our Day Centres and our Outreach Team or external agencies such as St. Paul’s Hostel, the YMCA and Social Services, CAB, and other across the county support services.
People experiencing homelessness may visit us once a week, whilst the accommodated is limited to once a month to get items required.
Please note that external agency referrals are limited to using the Clothing Project once a month.

BE A PART OF OUR MISSION
We could only perform the high level of service we do with our fantastic group of volunteers. Our opportunities include cooking breakfast at the day centre, sorting through and displaying donations in our Clothing Project, assisting service users source items for new homes and so much more.
