ENGAGE WITH THE UNENGAGED
The Outreach teams objective is to ‘Engage with the Unengaged’, who are typically on their first steps from homelessness to independence. Our workers are the first to engage directly with service users to build that trust, provide pathways and support people off the streets, whether this be to encourage them to access our day centres or deliver clothes and food to their tent. As part of our roles, our team assists service users to link into various local relevant organisations, tailored to the challenges an individual might face.
DAY AND NIGHT, WE'LL BE THERE.
The Outreach team work typically with people who are rough sleeping, and do shifts late at night and early in the morning to find these individuals. If this means hiking through the woods or fields, we will do so.
We also work with Streetlink, so if you do spot anyone who is sleeping rough, please contact them directly and one of the Outreach teams will be there as soon as possible.
Outreach is funded by various Councils and the National Lottery throughout the county.Contact Us

BE A PART OF OUR MISSION
We could only perform the high level of service we do with our fantastic group of volunteers. Our opportunities include cooking breakfast at the day centre, sort through and display donations in our Clothing Project, assisting service users source items for the new homes and much more.Volunteer
