Malvern and Wychavon

About our services

Maggs is committed to supporting people experiencing homelessness across both urban and rural areas in Malvern Hills and Wychavon.

Through a combination of in-reach at our Malvern Day Centre and proactive outreach across the district, we ensure individuals can access vital support no matter where they are. Whether someone needs a hot meal, a listening ear, or help navigating housing and health services, our team is here to offer practical, person-centred support with compassion and consistency.

Our Services

Malvern Day Centre

The Malvern Day Centre offers immediate, practical support for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk. Open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30am to 12:00pm, the centre provides hot meals and drinks, shower and laundry facilities, basic health and wellbeing support, and guidance around housing, benefits, and other essential services.

It’s a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can access the help they need in a non-judgemental space.

Navigation & Outreach

Our Navigation & Outreach team works proactively within the community to engage individuals who may not access traditional services.

They provide personalised support plans, help people access housing, healthcare, and other essential services, and offer ongoing support to sustain tenancies and reduce the risk of repeat homelessness.

Harm Reduction

While our Harm Reduction service operates countywide, we maintain a strong and consistent presence in Malvern and Wychavon.

Our team provides non-judgmental, practical support to individuals experiencing street homelessness, substance use, or related risks. This includes needle exchange, overdose prevention, safer use advice, and links to treatment and recovery services. We also build trusted relationships to reduce harm, improve health outcomes, and support individuals on their own terms, wherever they are on their journey.

Community Drop-In Sessions

As part of our wider outreach offer, we run two community drop-in sessions to provide practical support and advice in accessible local spaces:

  • Evesham – Every Wednesday, 11am–2pm at The Lighthouse
Delivered jointly with our Harm Reduction team, this drop-in offers support around housing, health, substance use, and other essential needs.
  • Malvern – Every other Thursday at the Help Centre, Malvern Town Football Club at 10am – 12pm.
A safe and welcoming space where individuals can access advice, guidance and one-to-one support in the heart of the community.

These drop-ins are designed to meet people where they are, working alongside local partners to ensure no one is left behind.
