WHEN YOU NEED US, WE'LL BE THERE
Our Harm Reduction team partners with homelessness, health providers, and other relevant agencies to engage people with services to address alcohol, substance misuse and any health-related issue associated with substance dependency.
MAKING EVERY ADULT MATTER
The team can support any individual who needs support at whatever position they are on the homelessness cycle. Whether they are accommodated or not, we do not turn anybody away. Use assertive outreach techniques and work within a Make Every Adult Matter (MEAM) framework.
DEVELOPING PATHWAYS TO ENGAGE AND SUPPORT
The team work collaboratively to break down barriers and develop innovative and robust pathways to engage people and support our service users to adopt safer practices and reduce Harm, including naloxone provision and Needle and Syringe Exchange Programmes.
Harm Reduction is funded by PHE County Council. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.Contact Us
BE A PART OF OUR MISSION
We could only perform the high level of service we do with our fantastic group of volunteers. Our opportunities include cooking breakfast at the day centre, sort through and display donations in our Clothing Project, assisting service users source items for the new homes and much more.Volunteer
