Worcester City Runs returns on the 12th and 13th of September 2026, and we’re inviting members of our community to take on the challenge in support of Maggs.

It’s one of the biggest running weekends in the local calendar, bringing people together of all ages and abilities, and it’s a brilliant opportunity to do something positive for yourself while making a real difference for others.

By choosing to run for Maggs, you’ll be turning every mile into meaningful change. The funds you raise will help us provide hot meals, safe spaces, clean clothing, emotional support and practical help for people facing homelessness across Worcestershire. These are the essentials that help someone feel seen, supported and able to take the next step towards stability.

Whether you’re lacing up for the 10K or taking on the challenge of the Half Marathon, your run has the power to help someone find dignity and hope at a time when they need it most. Every step you take is a reminder that our community stands alongside people experiencing homelessness, offering compassion and care with each mile covered.

We have 10 charity places for the 10K and 10 charity places for the Half Marathon, and we would love to fill them with runners who believe in the work we do. On the day, you’ll also find us at the event with a Maggs stand, ready to cheer you on, support you, and celebrate your achievement.

If you’d like to run for a cause that truly matters, we’d be honoured to have you with us.
