As the days get brighter and the weather begins to warm, the needs of the people we support start to shift. Spring and summer bring their own challenges for those experiencing homelessness — from staying hydrated and protected from the sun, to finding ways to keep comfortable while spending long hours outdoors.

Every year, our community steps forward with kindness and practical support, and we are once again sharing our Spring/Summer Wish List to help guide anyone who would like to donate.

Whether it’s a tube of sun lotion, a pair of lightweight joggers, or a tin of food, each item plays a real role in keeping people safe, comfortable, and cared for during the warmer months.

Why seasonal donations matter

While the difficulties of autumn and winter receive a lot of awareness, warmer weather can be just as tough for those without a safe place to call home. People can face dehydration, sunburn, difficulty sleeping outdoors, and the challenge of carrying all their belongings in hot conditions.

Your donations help us respond to these seasonal needs with dignity, compassion, and practical support. They allow us to offer relief, comfort, and small moments of normality to people who may be navigating incredibly difficult circumstances.
