Connected support across Worcestershire
Our day centres and hubs are part of a wider network of support, working alongside:
- Outreach services across the county
- Housing & Accommodation support
- Health & Wellbeing services
- Practical Support
- Community & Recovery
Together, these services ensure support is accessible, joined-up, and consistent — wherever someone is in Worcestershire.
Why are these services essential?
Access to a safe, welcoming space can be life-changing.
By providing consistent, open-access support, our centres help:
- Stabilise crisis and prevent escalation
- Reduce isolation and improve wellbeing
- Enable earlier intervention from services
- Create pathways into long-term support
This early engagement plays a vital role in helping people move forward.

Funding & Support
Our Day Centres and Community Hubs are made possible through the generosity of our supporters, grant funding, trusts and foundations, and charitable donations.
Unlike statutory services, our centres rely on community support to remain open and accessible to everyone who needs them.
Donations help provide the everyday essentials that make our centres welcoming, safe and effective — from hot drinks and meals to hygiene items, clothing, activities, wellbeing support and the practical resources people need to move forward.
Every cup of tea, every meal served, every conversation and every moment of support begins with the generosity of people who choose to stand alongside those facing homelessness and hardship.
Your support helps keep our doors open.
