Accommodation Project Referrals (For Professionals)
About the Accommodation Project
The Accommodation Project provides longer-term supported housing for individuals who are homeless or sofa surfing and ready to move towards independence.
Unlike emergency provision, the focus is on:
- Stability and sustained accommodation
- Personalised, ongoing support
- Building the skills needed for independent living
This ensures individuals are supported not just to access housing, but to maintain it.
