Night Assessment Centre
In partnership with other agencies, Maggs opens its doors overnight to provide shelter, warmth and personal safety during the coldest weeks of the year, resettling as many people as possible during the process.
Now in its sixth year of operation, the Night Assessment Centre is hosted by Maggs Day Centre, and Maggs staff are also responsible for daytime 'move-on' work. Night-time services are managed by St Paul's Hostel.
The NAC offers fifteen spaces each night during the winter to ensure that the most vulnerable members of our society can find somewhere safe and secure to sleep.
