WR2 to K2 Training Update 3

Sat 18/01 As you can see just short of 15.5 miles today. If I omit the walk to Worcester train station my route was Great Malvern train station up the hills. Got to British camp by 11.30 so decided to do that hill too then back to Great Malvern train station.  Walking down Happy Valley nearly killed my knees. Maggs Day Centre Malvern

Today (04/02/20) was the opening of the new Maggs Day Centre Malvern, based at the Salvation Army in Malvern, providing support and humanitarian relief for the homeless and socially isolated. We will be open on a Tuesday and Friday between 8 and 1, and will provide cooked breafast and lunch. Today, the team made bacon sandwiches for breakfast and bangers and mash for lunch. WR2 to K2 Training Update 2

Saturday 11/1/20 So organised walk was cancelled. And I needed a walk. Doing 3 hills in the afternoon in Malvern but that isn't far enough so decided to walk to countryside centre. 1/1/20 9.2 miles This was the first time I have walked such a long distance in quite a while. But it was all flat so wasn’t actually a challenge.
